a few days ago we noticed that LyricWiki is not allowed to offer lyrics via their API any more. The music industry claimed to stop that service due to licensing agreements. But don’t worry:Skeiron will survive, though. Today Inventivesoft releases Skeiron 1.1.8, which gathers lyrics from Leo’s lyrics.
We hope the music companies will change their minds about this issue and wish the LyricWiki team good luck for the future.

some days ago, we started our Twitter account. Today we announce, that our journey into Web 2.0 began with this new service. In the next weeks we will build new features into our apps, so Web 2.0 is even closer to you.
We will start with the public beta of Daphnism, that replaces our old app ISUploader. Besides of the known Divshare features you will be able to publish your files on Facebook and MySpace.
After that we will launch the closed beta of Skeiron 1.2, which will implement updating your last.fm account, it will communicate with iChat, so that you can update your availibility status with the information of the track iTunes is playing currently (in the format, that you wish). Moreover you can edit lyrics and share them with all the world (via LyricWiki).
Anyway you will be informed about new features in Skeiron 1.2 via Twitter. If you want to become a beta tester, visit our BetaCenter.

So können Sie Ihr last.fm Profil automatisch aktualisieren lassen und Ihren iChat Status mit den Inforamtionen aus iTunes aktualisieren (und das in dem von Ihnen gewünschten Format!). Außerdem können Sie Liedtexte bearbeiten und mit der ganzen Welt teilen (über LyricWiki).

heute hat Inventivesoft Skeiron vorgestellt. Es handelt sich um ein Programm, dass Apples Musikverwaltung iTunes ergänzt. Es zeigt das Cover des aktuell abgespielten Titels im Dock an, zeigt via Growl Informationen über das Lied an und lädt selbstständig Liedtexte aus dem Internet. Außerdem bietet Skeiron einfache Möglichkeiten iTunes zu steuern, welche in Zukunft weiter ausgebaut werden. Eine deutsche Version wird in den nächsten Tagen erscheinen.
Skeiron setzt Mac OS X 10.5 und iTunes 7 oder höher voraus.

today Inventivesoft introduced Skeiron. It’s an application that interacts with Apple’s music management iTunes. It shows the artwork of the currently played track in the dock, shows information about it using Growl notifications and downloads lyrics automatically from the internet. Furthermore you can control iTunes via Skeiron very easily. In the future the control features will be extended step by step.
Skeiron requires Mac OS X 10.5 and iTunes 7 or higher.

heute haben wir Coordinates 1.2.2 released. Die wohl größten Neuerungen sind die französische und die italienische Lokalisierung. Außerdem ist es nun möglich die Maßeinheit der Entfernungsberechnung zu wählen (Kilometer, Meilen oder Seemeilen). Natürlich werden weiterhin die in den jeweiligen Ländern genutzten Einheiten als Standart genutzt.
Die aus der Vorversion bekannten Funktionen sind nun auch mit dezimalen Gradzahlen als Ausgangswert verfügbar.

today we released Coordinates 1.2.2. The biggest improvements are a French and an Italian localization. In addition to that it is now possible to choose the scale unit of the distance calculator. Common used units of all supported countries are used as standart.
All “old” features are now available with decimal degree as initial values, too.

am 28. Juli haben wir Coordinates 1.2.1 veröffentlicht. Schon in den ersten Stunden gab es positives Feedback. Bis heute wurde das Programm ca. 500 heruntergeladen. Deshalb haben wir uns entschieden bald ein Upddate auf die Version 1.2.2 zu veröffentlichen. Diese Version wird einige neue Funktionen bieten. Zum Beispiel lassen sich beide Grundfunktionen auch mit dezimal Gradzahlen als Ausgangswert genutzt werden.
Außerdem wird Coordinates auch auf französisch verfügbar.
Die Betaphase der Version 1.2.2 wird morgen beginnen.

on Monday, July 28th we released Coordinates 1.2.1. We got very much positive feedback. The app was downloaded about 500 times up to now. Because of that we decided to release Coordinates 1.2.2. This version will have some new features. For example both basic functions will work with decimal degree as initial values.
Besides of that Coordinates 1.2.2 will be available in French.
The first beta will be released tomorrow.
